Apple Spice Superfood Bread


2 peeled & diced Granny Smith apples

2 eggs

1/2 cup coconut oil (melted)

1/3 cup coconut cream

1/4 cup chia seeds

½ cup tapioca flour

1 ½ cups almond flour

¼ cup arrowroot flour

2 tablespoons coconut flour

2 tsp baking powder

2 tablespoons coconut sugar

1/2 tsp salt

1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 tablespoon hemp protein

1 tsp maca powder

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

1/3 cup honey

1 pack Honey Sweet Goji


¼ cup flax seed meal


  1. Add the coconut cream to the chia seeds and let soak for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Beat eggs and mix in vanilla, coconut oil and apples.
  3. Add in remaining ingredients and mix until combined.
  4. Place in an oiled (or parchment paper lined) loaf pan.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes (oven must be preheated).
  6. Top with Supernola and place back into oven for another 40-45 minutes.
  7. Let cool before slicing and serving.
