15.5oz can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
1 cup all natural nut butter
2/3 cup maple syrup
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 bag Supernola Dark Chocolate Crunch, broken apart
- Preheat oven to 350, and Grease 8x8 glass pan with coconut oil or avocado spray.
- Blend all ingredients, except Supernola, in high-speed blender until smooth (about 60 seconds).
- Pour in pan, and stir in Supernola.
- Bake for 25-30mins. Remove from oven and let sit for 30-45 minutes before cutting.
