Chocolate Nut Crunch Blondies

You will never know these blondie bars are without sugar, flour or eggs … they are simple to whip up and taste like cookie dough.  Ooey Gooey and decadent these will satisfy those sweet tooth cravings.  Don’t just take our word for it  … give them a try! 
Ingredients
15.5oz can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
1 cup all natural nut butter
2/3 cup maple syrup 
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350, and Grease 8x8 glass pan with coconut oil or avocado spray.
  2. Blend all ingredients, except Supernola, in high-speed blender until smooth (about 60 seconds).
  3. Pour in pan, and stir in Supernola.
  4. Bake for 25-30mins.  Remove from oven and let sit for 30-45 minutes before cutting.
