Ingredients: 16 oz sugar cookie dough (see recipe below) 3 bags of Supernola Banana Nut Crunch   Sugar cookie dough: · 3/4 cup organic vegetables shortening · ¼ cup unsweetened applesauce · 1/3 cup sugar · 1/2 tsp vanilla · 1 Tbsp lemon juice · 1.5 cups all-purpose flour (for gluten-free I like the pure pantry brand) · 1/2 tsp salt · 1/4 tsp baking powder (if using gluten free flour and it includes baking powder, you can try omitting this.
