Summer's almost over for most of us (why can't everywhere have weather like LA). Summer doesn't have to end just yet though... we want to enjoy our five favorite things as long as we possibly can!

Coconuts are one of the most powerful and versatile superfoods on the planet. 3. Apricots. Apricots are not only delicious, but they are one of the lowest glycemic fruits you can have, so you won't be ingesting straight sugar like you're warned about with other fruits. They're also rich in antioxidants and fiber. And they can be dried so you can enjoy them all year long!
4. Rambutan. THESE ARE SO FUN! They look like a crazy sea urchin, but couldn't be more different. Similar to the taste of a lychee, these little monsters have so many health benefits. Rambutan fruit is rich in iron, calcium, Vitamin C, and many other antioxidants. They're also fun to suck on.
5. Dragon Fruit Limón Supernola. How can we not crush over this. Bold and pink, this flavor is summer in a granola. Organic lemons are zested and squeezed to give the refreshing citrus flavor, while red dragon fruit naturally colors it a bright pink.
