Welcome to FALL! Pumpkin Spice is everywhere, but guys, it's apple picking season. So we're still bringing you some amazingly delicious and paleo apple recipes. Including this one, my favorite, a paleo apple tart. Needs no introduction. So here it goes... 


    • 4-5 peeled and diced apples
    • 1 cup coconut sugar
    • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
    • 3 tablespoons water
    • 3 tablespoons water
    • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
    • 1 tablespoon Simply Ghee
    • 1/2 cup coconut oil
    • 1 cup Goji Spice Supernola

Takes , Serves 10.


    1. For the compote, put the diced apples, water, lemon juice, coconut sugar, and cinnamon into a pot. Cook on medium-high heat for about 5 minutes.
    2. Gently stir in the ghee, and then remove from heat to thicken as it cools.
    3. For the shell, pulse the Supernola and melted coconut oil in a food processor until combined (we took out all the goji berries in Supernola so it was the same color as a tart).
    4. Push the Supernola/coconut oil 'dough' into a small/medium sized tart pan (ours was about 4") and put in the freezer for 20 minutes.
    5. Take the tart shell out of the freezer, and pour the apple compote inside the shell.
    6. Enjoy by topping extra Supernola on top!
