Quick Supernola Stacks

Ingredients:
Nut butter of choice
1 package of Triple Berry Vanilla Supernola
Jam/compote of choice
Instructions:
Open up a bag of Supernola and find two similar sized clusters to pair
Alternate layers of Supernola, nut butter and jam until you have a solid stack
BITE!
These stacks are easy to make with really whatever you have around. They’re kid-friendly and even guest-friendly!

Golden Milk Chia Pudding

Banana Sugar Cookies

Ingredients:
16 oz sugar cookie dough
3 bags of Supernola Banana Nut Crunch
Instructions:
Break up the bags of Supernola Banana Nut Crunch
Roll dough into balls according to instructions and then roll into crushed up clusters to cover the dough
Follow baking instructions on cookie dough

Lemon Curd

Ingredients: 2 lemons 3 medium eggs 1/3 cup honey, maple syrup, or coconut nectar 1/3 cup coconut oil or ghee Instructions: Zest lemons and beat with eggs and honey/coconut nectar/maple syrup (any of these is fine, just depends on your preference). In a medium saucepan or pot, add the mixture and stir continuously over low/medium heat. It’s SUPER important to keep stirring! While stirring, squeeze the lemons. Once the mixture is slightly thickened (most likely about 8 minutes), add in the lemon juice and coconut oil/ghee very slowly while continuing to stir.
